Diving Molokini: Part One

Sunday morning, we woke up early (again) to drive to the harbor.

We boarded the “Pride of Maui.” The trip offered breakfast, lunch, and drinks. Michael loved that bread.

While Alex and Michael snorkeled, Trevor and I dived. Dove? We were told we would be diving at the max, 60ft. We hit 100 ft.

After Trevor and I finished our first dive, we snorkeled and took photos with Alex and Michael.

Oh man, this was funny. Alex could not hold his breath. At all. Michael and I would still be diving down while Alex was posing for the photo and ready to get air.

  1. You are all so lucky to be together in a beautiful place. I love the pictures! Maybe Alex will have to take some masters swimming/diving classes at the college, haha. Any pictures of “Turtle Town”? Solana and I have to get back to Hawaii!!!
    Love you, Suzie

    • Aunt Suzie and Sol,
We tried talking Alex into getting certified. Even resort certified (you can do it in the hotel pool). Next time, they want to SNUBA. Similar to scuba, but you only go about 20ft and your hooked to the boat. I just posted pictures of “Turtle Town.” You guys really do!
